Excellent place, disconnected from everything, yet close to everything. It offers a multitude of tours for all tastes, with incredible guides, and the dedicated and friendly staff makes you feel at home. The food is also another strong point of this hotel.

"It was an excellent choice. A sensational hotel in its philosophy of offering luxury without ostentation. The hotel staff is extremely professional, from those serving meals, the bar, housekeeping, to the guides, who are the heart of the hotel. We didn't need to worry about anything at all. The team of guides interviewed us and organized our tours according to our wishes and abilities, and everything worked perfectly. All the guides who accompanied us were super attentive, well-trained, and friendly. Returning from the tours and enjoying the pools, saunas, and jacuzzi in the middle of the garden was a pleasure (...). Oh, and it was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever experienced! I want to try other Explora hotels in other places!"

One of the most beautiful trips I have ever made! They know how to treat clients, how to be a 5 stars hotel! Every penny was worth it! I would go back again and again! And hope to go to another explora hotel and experience somewhere else!

Mário Sérgio's pisco sour, with his elegant mustache, is the best there is.
Activities with a team that knows every part of Atacama, with its fantastic landscapes, unforgettable places, and breathtaking experiences, not because of the altitude, but because of the memories that can be captured and never forgotten.

We have been to three different Explora Lodges (Torres del Paine, Rapa Nui, and now Atacama). The only constant is that they are all 5 stars. The facilities are modern, clean, and in extraordinary locations. The staff, from the gardeners to the waiters, the guides, and the host, are friendly, attentive, and above all, seem very happy to work at the lodges.
Being an all-inclusive facility, the extra you pay is well worth the experience. The excursions, on average, are geared towards activity. Hiking, biking, and other activities are always accompanied by expert and safe guides and excellent attention to detail.
We also participated in some tours offered in San Pedro, not by Explora. Explora's excursions avoid tourist crowds as they head to different and sometimes exclusive sites.
We highly recommend looking into this organization and its facilities if you are considering an activity-packed trip to remote South America.

The hotel is incredible!! The entire staff is very attentive, especially Diego, Coni, Eduardo, Paola, Cristoban, Fernanda, who provided very special service!!! I think that having this Explora experience spoiled me.

Excellent places and hotel. Many explorations available, from overland to climbing volcanoes for all levels. Excellent food and service. Efficient and friendly staff. Something different and recommendable.
